Not sure what the deal is with Cal Poly in both polls, they are a legit top 10 team.

see my comments on the TSN poll, just substitute Northern Arizona for Albany being too low.

YSU got their butt kicked. SHSU's only conference loss was on the road and it sure wasn't by 40 points. If you want to add the Baylor loss in there then you may have a point.

SHSU's loss was to a then unranked opponent. YSU lost to the #1 team in the nation and they won their FBS game

The only consistant thing with the Coaches Poll is that it is always terrible... I don't know anything about Alabama A&M other than that they play in the SWAC, which is probably reason enough that they shouldn't be ranked. They beat something called Tuskegee by 1, and an always high-powered Arkansas Pine Bluff by 4. Watch out, folks!

I'm sure 1-4 UNI would get stomped by them... xnutsx

If you're referring to UCA..UCA was ranked in the top 25 at that time...

I think the polls reflect what is happening now not weeks ago. If YSU had a respectable loss (like UNI) the poll would reflect that. If the Bison need to pump up YSU so you can brag about how bad you beat them I can understand the argument but YSU was #2 when the game started. Losses hurt more in the polls as the year goes on. Always have.

The Bison need not pump up anyone to do anything. They are #1 by a factor of about 10.

Delaware over Albany is ridiculous.

Also until the SFA win, Sam had not beaten anyone of note (and to be fair SFA is only of note for beating UCA)

YSU has beaten Albany, UNI and Pitt. That said they go to ISUR this week so there is their chance to make a statement.

Delaware should not be in the top 25

By the logic I see here then take this to point: Illinois St. went double ot to beat Eastern Illinois; McNeese State lost to Southeast Louisiana- Tennessee-Martin whipped EIU and SELA; and lost by two touchdowns to EKU thus why is EKU behind #15 & #16; and Tennessee State then beat EKU; both are behind Illinois State & McNeese State- I'm not saying we have a "power" conference, but there is always a lack of respect in the polls...........
