Albany vs. SFPA - Red Flash go down fighting
Bryant vs. RMU - Bulldogs continue to find ways to lose
CCSU vs. Duquesne - Hopefully, the Dukes will play all four quarters
Monmouth @ Cornell - Big Red can be dangerous, but Hawks should prevail
Sacred Heart @ Dartmouth - Heart says Heart, but...

Cornell is pretty good but I believe Monmouth wins this going away. In fact MU is probably pretty anxious to play. They will run through the NEC after they beat Cornell.

SH-Dartmouth has really been a great series. We've played twice the last two years, and both games came down to a last-second FG attempt. Both times, the home team won. Hope that continues on Saturday (although it would be nice to win by a much larger margin this time...)

Thanks. I wouldn't say they will run through the NEC, they still have to play @ Duquesne, but all very winnable games.

Cornells' quarterback set all types of league records last year and was named the Ivy MVP as a sophomore. The defense and running game was very medicore. They played a lot of 48-45 games last year, with varying results. This year, passing game isn't quite as good, and defense isn't quite as bad. But keep Cornell's passing game at "only" 250-300 yards, and you should win.

Albany vs. SFPA - Albany wins, but the Flash will put up their fair share of points on the scoreboard
Bryant vs. RMU - Bulldogs get their first win of the year and RMU remains a mystery
CCSU vs. Duquesne - Dukes ruin CCSU's homecoming, but the Blue Devils start to show some signs of life
Monmouth @ Cornell - Hawks are the better team, period.
Sacred Heart @ Dartmouth - Heart drops a very close game, possibly in OT

Albany
Bryant
Duquesne- maybe with the bye week the offense will take the handcuffs off and be allowed to play 4 quarters...instead of a bail me out 4th quarter desperate drive.

Dartmouth 27 Sacred Heart 14 - The boys from Hanover should win this one rather comfortably....

RMU 21 Bryant 20 - This one should go down to the wire. Bryant being winless at this point of the year is hard to believe...

Duquesne 42 CCSU 28 - The season of misery continues for the Devils...

Albany 42 St. Francis 31 - I don't think this will be a blowout. The Red Flashes might be one of the most improved teams in the country...

Monmouth 35 Cornell 24 - I'm really not sure about this one. As a Lehigh fan I hope MU keeps winning.

I think as NEC fans, we are all happy that SFPA is starting to turn the page and finally get better as a program. I think SFPA will keep this close by controlling the ball with their rushing attack but Albany received their wake-up call from Bryant last week.

Albany 31-13

Bryant vs. RMU
Worst Offense in the NEC vs. the Worst Defense in the NEC.
RMU is 0-4 against Bryant and I will dust off my old Bryant formula
Bryant + Home Game = W

Bryant 14-13

CCSU vs. Duquesne
Huge road test for the Dukes.
CCSU had an extra week to prep for the Dukes and I believe it will take a last second FG for the Dukes to pull this one out.

Dukes 23-21

Monmouth @ Cornell
Monmouth should be recovered by now from Albany and should be ready for Cornell but it will be a great battle the entire game and high scoring.

Monmouth 35-31

Sacred Heart @ Dartmouth
These games are always close so I'm taking the home team in OT.

Dartmouth 17-14 OT

Albany - The Danes showed signs of mortality last week. The Red Flash are a pleasant surprise but they still have a ways to go.

Bryant - A toss up. Will be a back and forth game but Bryant prevails.

Duquesne - The Dukes will be tested. They have the tools to win but they gotta show up before halftime. If not, this will be the first of many L's to close out the season.

Monmouth - The Hawks are solid. Don't know much about Cornell, going with the NEC.

Dartmouth - The Pioneers disappointed me against Wagner. Guess they'e not the sleeper I thought they were.
