Illinois State quarterback Matt Brown and Old Dominion quarterback Taylor Heinicke shared the CFPA Weekly Awards for the third week. Brown scored 7 total touchdowns and Heinicke scored 8.
North Dakota's Marcus Hendrickson and Eastern Illinios' Jimmy Garoppolo won the awards for the first two weeks.

It looks like the National Performer of the Year will get the same trophy as 2012 Heisman favorite De'Anthony Thomas.
