They have a very good shot. If Iowa's offense performs as poorly as it did the 1st two games, UNI should win. Iowa's D though is tough and UNI's ground game has not been that effective so far. Go Panthers

Iowa by 10 points. Iowa is such tough team to get a read on imo. Some of their best years under Ferentz are ones when they start slow.

this was a tough one to pick but it came down to home field and UNI tendency come up a tad short against FBS teams...but a UNI win would be fine with me

One more board exam and then headed to Iowa City. As long as we don't get blown out I will be happy. Would love a win though!

A win against Iowa and that close loss to Wisconsin and you'd get my vote for #1 in the polls. Your schedule at the beginning is brutal- Y'town and NDSU coming up. Good luck today.

Nope direct tv with sports pack and game plan can watch virtually every game televised!!

Yep nothing beats Direct TV.

It doesn't pain me at all to say Go Panthers, go get another FBS scalp for the MVFC.

Why is everyone calling them scalps? Is that a racist remark towards first nations peoples?

End of 3rd. Iowa offense hasn't stalled out yet on first possession after UNI's FG. But 3rd and shorting coming up.

Iowa 4th and goal from the 1 ... and they kick the FG instead. 16-27 Iowa leading early in the 4th.

One guy I want to highlight is Varmah Sonie, a kid from Apple Valley, MN (twin cities suburb). He is matched up on Iowa's main receiver who is much taller and did a pretty nice job on a couple plays. Just have to highlight the Mpls kids :).

Too bad he didn't come to NDSU.

Huge moral victory for UNI, stuffing Iowa on 4th and goal from the 1. But I'm afraid too much of the clock was burnt up on that Iowa possession. I think we're somewhere down in the 3-4 minute range in the 4th, still 27-16 Iowa lead.

Unless UNI scores a really quick TD + 2PC and can recover the onside kick, the game would appear to be over.

UNI started the first drive well, then derailed. Seemed very tight on offense going fairly conservative. While they had some success with the run, it's not their forte. Defense just lacked speed.

Contrasting the two coaches was interesting in that Farley (UNI) seemed to just want to go home. While Farntz was piling on the points when he could. Almost felt like UNI was taking a dive to borrow a boxing term.
