This is the nomination thread for week 4! Please, read the rules before nominating. Please? For me?

This is only for FCS games. If the team you want to nominate is playing a D2 or FBS game then you are out of luck.

Any nominations or seconds that do not contain "I nominate" or "Seconded" will be ignored and not be counted. Got that? No crying over it.

As it was last year the winner will have an "AGS Game of The Week" video done by Emory Hunt of Football Gameplan.

YSU could roll on into the Top 10 with a win over a likely Top 25 entrant in Albany. An Albany win at the Ice Castle easily catapults what would be a 3-0 team into the Top 15-20.

I nominate the long time traditional "Battle for the Golden Horseshoe", Cal Poly Mustangs vs. UC Davis Aggies. This game is never to form. It is won totally by emotion. Bad teams win over good teams as often as not, and nobody really knows who will win. Cal Poly will probably go into this game a two or more touchdown favorite, but the game will not be settled until the last minute of the game.

This is a game EVERYONE should see. And yes, it will be on the Big Sky Television Network.

Elon on a down season but yet to have a real test of what it can do. Overmatched at UNC and Easy Central, WV State. GSU on the other hand lost to The Citadel and has a week off. If they dont fix there mistakes and Elon cleans up there game GSU could see its SoCon champ slip away.

Jackson State vs Southern time to campaign...


This is truly the most intense rivalry in the SWAC.

Outside football, the band battle is just as intense, if not more. there is almost no love between these too teams. that Bayou Classic or SWAC/MEAC Challenge you see is nothing to a real HBCU football without all the "classic" waste.
