Many of you have heard of Erk Russell the former GSU coach who built our program from nothing. Should be a great movie, for as GREAT of a coach he was, he was an even better man.

I look forward to seeing this. Unlike the We are Cheaters move that was in the theaters a few years ago.

OL FU, I thought of you yesterday when I was in a Boone thrift store. They had a copy of the CD soundtrack for We Are Cheaters (the real word isn't allowed at AGS, because of an OL FU edict from long ago). It was marked down to 50 cents and still wasn't moving.

Chiklis would be good, I also think Terry O'Quinn (bulked up some) would be good. Granted they can do anything with computers now but he's about the right height and age and looks pretty similar to Erk IMO.

If Chicklis can pull off Erk's drawl, he would be a good choice. However, that would be a tough task, even for a veteran actor.

As a Minnesotan, I never sucked in Karl Malden playing Herbie Brooks in Miracle on Ice, the movie about the 1980 Gold Medal US hockey team. It just wasn't believable to me. He looked nothing like Brooks. Hopefully this turns out much better.

That's about as cool as it gets. I'll buy that thing in every form I can.

Chiklis would be great but more importantly Erk Mackey would be the coolest character ever on a redo of "The Shield".
