Mr. C has arrived in Boone, N.C. for this week's exclusive coverage of the Montana-Appalachian State football game and is wrapping up my Labor Day weekend marathon this afternoon with coverage of the Bethune-Cookman vs Alabama State game in Orlando, FL.

After an early TD by another ASU — Alabama State — this game is settling in to a battle of punts with five minutes left in the first period.

This is game five in four days for Mr. C. I started on Thursday at Towson-Kent State, moved on to Villanova-Temple at Lincoln Financial Field on Friday and had a doubleheader with App State-ECU and Liberty-Wake Forest on Saturday. One of these days I'm going to hop a flight to Orlando and do the MEAC-SWAC Challenge in person, but I'm doing this one from TV today.

I thought he stepped on the line from my view both live and on the replay. But they are not going to overturn and less there is a lot of evidence. Most of the replays I've been a part of this weekend has been pretty bad. The only well-officiated game game of the weekend was Liberty-Wake Forest.

Isaiah Crowell has found it difficult after some early success, though you have to credit the B-CU defense and criticize the ASU offensive line. Crowell has eight carries for 18 yards, after 4 carries for 14 yards and a TD early.

B-CU recovered a fumble, but the officials ruled the ground caused ASU to fumble. Under review.

Agreed. I'm usually a naysayer of both conferences, but both of these teams looked solid.

I tell you, I was at the game and ESPN and Disney got their money's worth. This was a good game and two talented teams. I was very proud of the Wildcat players and coaches to make the necessary adjustments needed to take control of the game. We did a nice job of controlling Mr. Isiah Crowell as well. Nice way to start off the season.

Well back to the drawing board. We have only 6 days to prepare for South Carolina St. This one will be one to watch as well. Let's Go Wildcats!!!
