The University of Montana was in need of a coach with a strong reputation and the respect of the student-athletes. Mick Delaney was there to take the helm. The story sounds familiar, but this isn't 2012. This is 1968, and the sport that needed leadership wasn't football, Delaney's first head job was over the Grizzly wrestling program.
