Seems to me that Surace is "going for it" and few jobs are secure. The sense of urgency is very definitely there.

I am glad that there is another winged helmet on here....I was getting lonely. Defense is going to have to step it up big time. I like Surace and his philosophy. Injuries are killing us.

I think we should win at Columbia, have a good chance with Dartmouth and Lafayette, and have some chance with Yale, Brown, and Georgetown. That's the homer in me talking, of course. But when I look at the players on the field I just don't see another 1-9 season. We're better than we were, even without DiBilio.

I think that is a fair assessment.
