ELON, N.C. -- Under cloudy skies, the Elon football team took to the Hunt and Tucker practice fields at 8:25 a.m. for the first of two Saturday practices. The Phoenix will be back on the fields at 6:10 p.m. to complete the first two-a-day workouts of the preseason.
