2010: saw limited action... Pre-McNeese: transfer from UL Monroe but did not play there....four years of high school ball at University Lab in Baton Rouge and one season at Fork Union Military Academy...season at Fork Union had him credited with 30 tackles, fives passes broken up and a 59 yard punt return for a td.

High School: four year letterman in football, two years in basketball and three in track at University Lab...all-district two seasons in football..senior year had 63 tackles, three forced fumbles, two fumbles recovered and three interceptions...on offense he had 18 receptions for 238 yards and three tds..also carried ball 15 times for 129 yards and four tds and averaged 36.9 yards on kickoff returns.
