Redshirt freshman who was high school teammates with starting DE Deuce Robinson. Should factor in the DE rotation this year. Has a perfect frame for a 3-4 DE and is a very athletic kid but unfortunately for him, there are two very talented, young players head of him on the depth chart.

Finished the season with a bad first round loss at Middlew Tennesse 35 -10xsmhx. The season Did have highlights by another win over Marshall at Huntington and who could forget the thriller comback at James Madison lead by quarterback D.J. Campbell he completed three touchdown passes in the final 3:02 of the game, including the game pass to Craig Styron, IIRC he caught it flat on his back with no time on the clock to win the game.

IMHO it was divine payback for JMU executing one of the most famous tricks in footbal. lIn the second quarter, the Dukes had pulled off the fumblerooski inside the redzone for a TD.
