Holy crap. I specifically remember him from when we played them this past season because of his transferring from Georgia Southern.

My condolences to young Mr. Allen's family, which I am certain is shared by other Lafayette students, staff and alumni. Knowing how or why this happened is of no import - A prayer for his soul and remembrance of his life and service is what we can do.

If footfall is played in Heaven, Kyle Allen, please look upon on your teammates and wish them, please, all the best of good fortune you were able to experience during your regrettably brief experience among them.

Really sad news. My prayers to his family and his teamates. A life full of promise taken too early.
