Robert Morris University will hold a press conference Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. to announce John Banaszak (http://www.rmucolonials.com/ViewArticle.dbml?SPSID=59578&SPID=6527&DB_LANG=C&DB_OEM_ID=13900&ATCLID=205184940&Q_SEASON=2011) as the coach-in-waiting of its football program in the International Suite, which is located on the third floor of the Charles L. Sewall Center.
Robert Morris has been led by head coach Joe Walton since the program’s inception in 1994. In addition to signing a two-year contract extension in September, Walton announced he will retire as head coach at the conclusion of the 2013 season, his 20th year at the helm of the Colonials.
