Luke Meadows, the Jackrabbits’ jack of all trades – associate head coach, offensive coordinator, offensive line coach and in-state recruiter – said Monday that he has resigned after 10 seasons at his alma mater in order to become the offensive line coach at Florida Atlantic University.
