SPARTANBURG, S.C. -- Elon senior linebacker #Joshua Jones# and junior quarterback #Thomas Wilson# were honored by the Southern Conference on Monday as the league's defensive and offensive player of the week, respectively. The duo keyed the Phoenix's 41-34 victory over 17th-ranked Furman Paladins on Saturday, the fourth consecutive win by the maroon and gold in the series.
