Any of your schools have a weekly recap show with your coach that you can catch on local TV?

We don't ... and in NYC it's gonna be pretty tough to get a network to step up ... but Hofstra had one a while back on FoxSports New York and I've always wondered how they pulled that off. Do you produce it and hope someone will pick it up? Do you pay like an info-mercial to have it aired ... or is it just offered very cheaply so that the network would have an incentive to air it v. something else they could put on?

McNeese has a football coach's show on Sunday night on our local fox station in Lake Charles. It typically comes on at 9:00 PM and is done in an interview format. Tommy Tate (head coach) talks about the last game and what to expect in the next game. Clips are shown from the past week's (usually Saturday) game. In addition, there is usually a special segment of interest on some aspect of the team or staff. Information on the next opponent is discussed, with clips of the next opponent included.

Richmond has a radio broadcast from a bar every week. Last year the show the week before Delaware was merged together for about half of it. Kind of interesting to have two coaches on at once.

There's also a chart that displays the times and channels to catch the show in various parts of the state.

The football show can be seen throughout the Southeast on CSS.

Both basketball coaches have a radio show.

UNI Football has a TV Show on Fox on Saturday Mornings (taped Thursday night), live call-in radio show on Thursday evenings on the Panther Radio Network and internet, and a five minute tv segment on Sunday Nights on NBC called "Five with Farley".

I believe the UNI Football TV show can be seen on Fox Sports College Central during the week.

THE COACH DAVID BENNETT SHOW (http://www.wpde.com/sports/bennett/default.asp)

Sunday's at noon on the ABC affiliate and and also at 11 at night on the UPN affiliate. All the past shows are on the website but they are pretty small in resolution. Then the radio show is on Thursday's, I think.

Lake Charles has 2 TV stations (1 Fox & 1 NBC affiliate), which both have a Weekly McNeese Recap on Sunday night.

The "OFFICIAL" Tommy Tate (McCoach) is on the Fox affiliate On Sunday night.

With that said, we now have a local sports channel on our cable provider, that will probably make a move to get their own McNeese highlight show on the air as well.
