New Texas State head coach Dennis Franchione announced that the Inaugural Coach Fran Charities 5K Run and Walk will take place on Saturday, August 27 at Bobcat Stadium. The race will begin at 8:30 a.m. and will benefit Gridiron Heroes. The cost for competing in the race is $25 for adults and $15 students and children.
