The issues surrounding FCS QBs

I wonder if there are stats around if these former FCS players were on partials before landing a full-ride on a FBS roster? I bet that factor still is a major reason why we'll see our top QBs transfer up even with it meaning they'll get little playing time.

I doubt there are many FCS starting QBs on partials and further doubt a full ride will keep most from transferring up if the opportunity is there. It's the world we live in now.
