And then the 1st round matchups are bracketed to the seeds also based on regionalization, unless they have to do something like split up a conference that gets 4 or more bids on opposite sides of the bracket.
Yeah, I'm getting my information from the same guy in an interview we did with him 5 or so years back but they can't think that rule was as prevalent after the first round because my logic is that if it were then the NCAA compliance would have probably made the point to them...but like I say would have to go back and listen to the Wedge again to see as well.
