I agree. Those prison term lengths seem severe for a regular fight without weapons and only minor injuries. One year tops.
I get that it said more arrests may come, but unless it was just the three football players beating up frat members and they didn’t return any licks, how are more not arrested? Don’t let the frat boys off just because they’re not on the football team.
Here's the deal. The players left and came back which shows a boat load of premeditation. Plus the frat is on private property and they were asked to leave.
The players dont have any defense that I can see.
It is characteristic of the unlearned that they are forever proposing something which is old, and because it has recently come to their own attention, supposing it to be new.
Opportunity is unattainable for most people because it is disguised as hard work!!

I haven't read anything yet that suggested more arrests could be made.
