OGDEN, Utah (December 10, 2018) – Eastern Washington’s Roldan Alcobendas has been named the 2018 Fred Mitchell Outstanding Place-Kicker Award winner. The award is presented to is given to the nation’s top collegiate place-kicker among more than 750 FCS, Division II, III, NAIA and NJCAA football teams.
