In the meantime, I will cheer for Stony Brook and ETSU besides the Crimson.

To its credit, the Cadets will have played four of the seven PL schools this decade.

And yes, Georgetown has to get in the rotation at some point. The PL is not well served by Columbia and Marist as the pillars of any non-conference schedule.

No, thanks. We have no decent history with Georgetown. Too many Patriot League teams on the schedule.

Army has been pretty darn good the last 2 or 3 years, but letís not get too cocky.

I remember 2002 when Army lost to 4-7 Holy Cross. Lafayette beat that same Cross team 42-0. Yale, Fordham and getting destroyed by the likes of UNH and Stoney Brook.

My stance has nothing to do with our competitive abilities. Few Patriot League interest myself or the fan base. 2 FCS games are one too many. I prefer a rotation of Fordham, Citadel and VMI myself.

SFU/Georgetown should start a series. We both need games.

Nothing against the fine folks of Loretto, but that's not what the program needs. Georgetown suffers from a lack of visible opponents that lead many alumni to distance, or at the very least, ignore the team because its schedules lead to one continuous yawn among the ticket buying public. Even a game with Harvard at RFK Stadium was rejected by the city at large. This leads opponents to look across the field (or look at the gate receipts) and ask why it's worth playing them in the first place. Lest we forget, St. Francis has not returned the game back to Washington it played in 2015.

As for Army, I would like to see more games in the rotation with other military colleges incl. Texas A&M and Virginia Tech. The Citadel and VMI should be a given.
