Indiana State women's soccer head coach Julie Hanley announced today (May 17) that Rachel Fulkerson has joined the Sycamore coaching staff after spending the last two years at Rose-Hulman. In addition, assistant coach Alex Mattson has been elevated to the program's recruiting coordinator.
