SWAC/MEAC/HBCU 2018 Offseason Thread

Anyone watch BET's The Quad??? If so could you see a situation like that happening with some of the struggling MEAC schools being forced into their state system schools or the SWAC for that matter since the state of Louisiana has reduced their contributions to universities especially the HBCU's?? Here in PA the oldest HBCU Cheyney University just withdrew from the PSAC conference (D2) as well as from the NCAA due to financial restraints in order to preserve keeping the doors open.
