I think the Colonels will bring back enough talent to return. Not overlooking the Lions, but don’t think they get in. Obviously, these are just wild guesses though.

I’m really hoping the yearly dumpster-fires that are IWU and HBU improve. Those two teams getting better would be exactly what this conference needs. But obviously not many conferences can boast getting three teams in. SLC is in a good sport right now IMO. Very fun, competitive football.
UIW is probably going to a spread air raid with Eric Morris as new HC. He comes from the Leach-Kingsbury coaching tree. That might work for them.

HBU's defense has improved dramatically. Get some offensive players in there and they might... well, at the very least not be the bottom feeder in the conference.

Our new qb will likely be Michael Dare an early signee. If not then Ty Brock. Either way both can throw and run.

Dare is a big kid with mediocre community college stats.... we'll see how it goes.

I want to see Brock start. I really think the dude could be good. Haven’t seen Dare, but Ill have to check him out. Whoever wins it deserves to be the starter. As long as we are winning.

Congratulations to J. Briscoe and SHSU on his 2nd consecutive Payton. While it is an individual award it takes talent elsewhere to make it happen.

Thanks. And you are right about the supporting cast. Our 0-line and especially our receiving corps were great this season.
