Mid to Late 90s would see Marshall (IA after 96 season), Montana, Youngstown State, McNeese State, EKU, Appy State, GA Southern, EKU, Delaware, UMass (IA after 2011 season)
Early to mid 2000s will be Youngstown State, Delaware, Montana, Montana State, Appy State, GA Southern, Wofford, McNeese State, WKU, JMU.
Mid 2000s to late 2000s would have to be Appy State, GA Southern, Montana, Delaware, McNeese State, New Hampshire, Richmond, JMU.
Early 2010s to mid 2010s would be Appy State (IA after 2013 season), GA Southern (IA after 2013 season), Montana, NDSU, Richmond, Villanova, Eastern Washington.
Mid 2010s to the present would be NDSU Villanova, Eastern Washington, JMU, Richmond, Charleston Southern, The Citadel, Chattanooga, Sam Houston State, Jacksonville State.
