    FCS in the NFL 2017

    It's training camp season now...

Harvard leads all FCS teams with 13 alumni on the first day of training camp this year... while JMU, NDSU and the Redbirds have 9 each.

Before, I liked a lot about Harvard football. Now, not so much. They are the main perpetrators of why Ivy League football has lost its popularity and it may never go back to what it used to be.

Bears-Broncos in Preseason Week 1 had a lot of former FCS talent that recorded stats: http://herosports.com/fcs-football/f...s-broncos-byby

Congrats to Cooper Kupp... first NFL reception and first NFL Touchdown (fumble recovery). So far, the only bright spot for the Rams! Hoping he has an awesome season.

I think all 3 EWU WRs are still in camps. Pretty amazing for a FCS school.

Just wanted to mention, in today's Bears@Ravens game, Tarik Cohen just had a great fake-run->TD pass to TE Miller.
As a Bears fan, I love Cohen. I thought he'd be pretty darn good in the NFL...phenomenally athletic...but it's nice to see another example of FCS-haters proven wrong. It doesn't matter what your competition is. If you're good, you're good, whether you're from 'Bama, NC A&T, or Chadron State.

Didn't realize McCown was a Bearkat. That explains a lot.
