Three NECs have lined up D-IIs:

Franklin Pierce at Merrimack - 11/16
Kentucky State at Robert Morris - 9/7
East Stroudsburg at Wagner - 9/7

Hmmm. Is the NEC mandating that Merrimack and LIU play a full conference slate and all games count in the standings?
Or are they non-counters, and the schools are responsible for picking up those two?
I ask because, I am wondering if Wagner AD missed a memo? Or are they avoiding LIU this year?
