    Re: Mid-year transfers

Anthony Giudice, a 6-2, 275 lb. defensive tackle, has transferred to Lafayette from Syracuse. He played in eight games for the Orange as a true freshman and six games as a sophomore (with one recorded sack).

The Lafayette board confirms that Giudice is enrolled for the spring semester. This is an uncommon (though not wholly unprecedented) occasion for our humble little corner of the FCS world. Giudice comes from (the ber-haughty) Old Avon Farms prep in Connecticut (which, unlike getting FBS transfers, is typically Lafayette). The new coaching regime in Easton, under John Garrett, Rich Bartel and Luke Thompson, seems to want a few changes on College Hill. This should help.

So was he afraid to come to UCA after what our defense did to ASU?

One thing I like about Keeler, he knows where our weakness is and is addressing it. The majority of the transfers and verbal recruits are on the defensive side of the ball.

Congrats. He actually announced he was headed to Fordham but you guys got him to switch. We could have used the DL help

Southeastern Louisiana adds former U South Carolina QB, Lorenzo Nunez, to the roster. Started two games and played in eight for Gamecocks as a true freshman in 2015. Redshirted in 2016, will have three years of eligibility left.

ACU is hoping to fill a few a few holes in our depth chart with drop down transfers after spring. Our wish list includes at least one OL, DL, CB, and RB.

Former highly-regarded QB prospect will end his career at TTU - 4* prospect signed with LSU, transferred to Rutgers, now to TTU. Maybe he'll help, who knows?
Also, TTU got another Rutgers CB for the 2017 season.
