Albany at Hawaii in 2023. First time ever the Danes will leave the 48.

    Re: Future Schedules

Future Albany schedule now shapes up as:

    2018- Pittsburgh
    2019- Central Michigan
2020- UMASS- Shocking part of this is we are getting $250k for a bus game, which will also likely have a good contingent of travelling fans being able to attend
    2021- Syracuse
    2022- OPEN
2023- Hawaii- $150k paycheck, travel for 120 people covered...and we get to play an extra game (likely will) at home due to the NCAA rules on the subject. So, we get an extra gate and concession revenue.

Did they ever say why they are paying you so little?! UCA went in 2009 and was paid about $1 million plus all flights and lodging. Of course we were still in division I transition so maybe they made a donation. We travel to Hawaii next year.

I'm assuming they paid UCA more because of the transition as well as travel costs were significantly lower for UCA than it is for a New York team flying to Hawaii. Davis to Honolulu is 5.5 hours as opposed to Albany to Honolulu which is a 10.5 hour flight if they flew directly out of Albany.
