The Lions start on Tuesday, March 8th. Spring game is April 16.

Did anyone see where App State was doing their spring ball in February. I guess the reasoning was that they are still in football mode, longer injury recovery time before August and not tearing down the winter progress made in strength and conditioning(while moving that aspect to after spring ball and keeping gains going into summer).

I think this is a great idea, especially for places with indoor facilities.
