New Central Arkansas football head coach Steve Campbell and his staff have compiled their first class of new Bears, adding a total of 26 student-athletes from 10 states including Arkansas, Alabama, California, Florida, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Tennessee and Texas.
