It is a good matchup for us. We did get some guys dinged up yesterday so that hurts the cause.
And how did this year's team do against W&M? Selective accounting of your performance, it seems.

There is no way Lafayette belongs in the playoffs. The first team with a losing record to get a bid simply because Fordham was ineligible for the PL title. I'll be surprised if they come within 20 points of UNH.

Made an account just because this is getting so annoying. Why do so many people think this? Even if Fordham was eligible for the PL title, we STILL would have won the league. We BEAT them and thus own the tiebreaker. Both teams would be 5-1 in the league.

    Re: Lafayette at New Hampshire

I expect a pretty close game; UNH has been MUCH better defensively than they were earlier this season (haven't allowed over 20 points in a game since they lost to Towson), but I don't think the Patriot League play from earlier this season is much of a representation of what to expect in this one. We played Colgate without their starting QB (obviously makes a huge difference) and the Lehigh team that beat us earlier this year was probably worse when they played and lost to Lafayette. I don't put much stock into that, but ultimately, simply expect a good, solid game. Probably some points, but we'll see.

Personally, just happy to be in the playoffs and looking forward to the matchup. I actually am one of the few who thought Lehigh belonged in the playoffs.

Lafayette a COMPLETELY different team than the one who played their OOC skid imo.

While I say congrats to Lafayette to making the playoffs, I don't see them coming to Durham and winning.

    Oh. we'll go, all right.

The only question is whether, and how, we'll be returning.
