ECU has some construction that won't be done Week 1. Not entirely sure when it'll be done but couple that with the low expectations set for this upcoming season. Alot of the fanbase would rather them...
If they drop without giving the MEAC a chance to rearrange the schedule for the 8 teams playing Hampton, it creates a huge cluster F. So there should be penalty.
