I disagree. We have made it work for many years.
It is a long trip for you guys but I don't know why it is "bad". Besides, Colgate has been coming down your way since 1973.

We did. We are now 63 scholarships and, since and because of COVID, redshirt issues are far less of a challenge.
AI is still in place, and that is not going away, IMO.
Why not? You seem to have a disdain for your own school in PL Football, as well as Bucknell. Notwithstanding, Bucknell is a damn nice road trip in the Autumn and a highly prestigious school.
Needless to say, they would be a very good fit for the Patriot.
This has been discussed before. Georgetown does not offer merit aid.
There would be better rivalries if Georgetown improved its program to be comparable to its fellow PL institutions.
In 2027, Colgate will be at Colorado, at William and Mary, home to Albany and most likely at Cornell.
Why not play the teams in one's own conference?
Right on.
This.
Welcome to Mercyhurst! The more, the merrier!
Correct.
Colgate's schedule is again challenging. Substituting Merrimack for Army makes sense.
Indeed!
Agreed. MIT is already an Associate Member of the Patriot League in Women's Rowing.
It is pretty well known that the PL turned down Hofstra (which has never forgiven us) and essentially told Monmouth to stay away.
We have admitted other all-sports and associate members.
...
Not sure that is true.
For example, you guys did.
Thanks!

I believe UD might have been better served had it jumped to the MAC. Just my two cents.
Give the man a chance.
No more games with Colgate, I guess.
