I have Western Illinios (if that's the team you are referring to) 24 points better than Missouri State on a neutral field. If you are getting Missouri State beating them consistently I'll have to...

I just checked Missouri State and I do have them about a touchdown higher than last year. That may be a bit ambitious but factoring in their returning personnel they look improved.
