Of course I'll be rooting for Cal Poly, and would love nothing more than to see an upset. That being said, this will be the first time I will feel good about either team winning. I think it would...

Considering the downpour for hours before the game, attendance was pretty good. Cameras all faced toward the student side which was about half full. Alumnus side was pretty full.
This is a VERY accurate statement xsmhx
I might add that the complete lack of a pass rush added to the problem of a really poor secondary.
Yes, Took-a-Dump is the Prez-elect, but that won't help the Toreros. Blowout...
One thing I'll give the Toreros is discipline. We made a fair amount of noise, and they were completely unphased by it. Essentially penalty free.
The bag of shame remains until this team finds a way to develop a Defense worthy of FCS...xsmhx http://www.anygivensaturday.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=23966&stc=1
Nah... It will be more like 68-0. We really sucked that bad.
First and foremost, this was a coaching fiasco. We had absolutely NO game plan offensively or defensively. I honestly believe our coaches just took the week off, figuring they had it won. Next,...
Yep, 68-0 NDSU
We just flat out sucked. Had we won by some miracle, the only respectable thing to do would be to decline the 2nd round appearance. God I hope we hold a remedial tackling clinic this summer.
If you weren't there, it was FAR WORSE than the score indicates. Should have been 42-0 at least. We SUCKED in EVERY aspect of the game. ZERO offensive or defensive plan from our coaching staff,...
We should win this, but who knows what factor the pouring rain will play. I live 36 miles south of the stadium, and it's raining cats and dogs at my house. I'll be heading up to SLO in about 1/2 an...
One of those crazy Halloween games. Final score 59-47. Cal Poly racked up 678 yards of offense. 531 on the ground.
11,075 for Cal Poly vs UC Davis
Hit it at lunch each day, and after work from 4 to evening sporadically.
Saw my first Cal Poly game (vs UCSB) in the 60's when I was 5 years old. Poly won, I was hooked, and it became my dream to play football, and graduate from Cal Poly. Never got to play football...
South Dakota State did a much better job. Decidedly more SDSU, but hey, it's their video. Still, they included every Cal Poly score, and the interception that ended the game. ...
Enjoy the trip through all my hometowns on the way! Santa Barbara, Goleta, Orcutt, San Luis Obispo. The drive alone is worth it. Game should be great!!!! Wishing the best for both teams (which...
OH! True Story...... My great grandfather, John Reaney, served with Francis T. Nicholls in the Confederate Army. They were wounded together at the First Battle of Winchester. John Reaney was...
Who knows? Anomaly? Evidence of a sleeper in Nichols? Total fluke? Would love to watch this one. Is it being televised or streamed?
Back from a long hiatus, and may have missed something, but D2 is not allowable unless their entire athletic program drops to D2. It would have to be FCS or No Football at all.
Great win for the Griz! Congratulations! Well, if we didn't already know it was going to be a tough opener for Cal Poly next week, we know it now. Looking forward to it :)
Whoa! Scary accurate on the Cal Poly score!! Almost as if you knew the ref was going to make that bogus call, and take a TD off the board ;)
EXACTLY!! Walter Payton came to mind for me as well. Players often use this kind of move to throw a defender off. Most ridiculous penalty of the year award for sure!!
Won't know for 3 weeks, but if Cal Poly pulls off a Big Sky title, and playoff spot, then Tim Walsh certainly deserves consideration in light of the disastrous events that preceded this season, and...
