good grief man, I don't know where you live but you don't have to live like that.... its too big of a country to settle for a life where they put carrots in chili....:(

shredded beef, cilantro, tomatillos, chili powder, lime juice...spices... maybe a beer - as with salsa don't cook the onions in the chili. Add them fresh each...
Not so. A couple of tomatillos and some cilantro are vital.
I think 7-4 with a conference record of .500 or better and you're in.
