    Brown-Colgate was a big annual Thanksgiving game for many years but the Turkey Day games faded away in the early 1960's. Colgate and Brown have played infrequently since the early 1970's.

    Fifty years ago, many more Catholic kids went to a Catholic college - it was drilled into one's head that going to a non-Catholic institution was unacceptable. No longer.

    1) Cornell
    2) Lehigh
    3) Holy Cross

    That was Dick Biddle's last Patriot League Championship. The defense had a lot of injuries and we had to outscore everybody.

    That is my recollection, as well.

    Also worth noting that Lehigh was 25-65-2 in the 1960's.

    I believe 2003 UD is properly in there, but 1987 Holy Cross should be in there, too.

    Agree with you regarding the Lehigh - Delaware series. That was a showcase game every year back in the day.
