Dear family, friends and fans,This past Saturday was a huge game for us for several reasons. First we were playing for the 21 seniors, who had devoted so much time and hard work to this program. I told those seniors that I appreciated their loyalty and dedication and respected them very much for sticking with us when it would have been easy to give up. I will never forget any of them for what they have done to help turn around Georgetown football. Second, it was a chance to finish perfect at home and finally we are still trying to build respect for this program and every week you win it makes people take notice. We did not even discuss Lehigh leading up to the Fordham game.
