Kickoff scheduled for 1PM PDT from downtown Portland's Jeld-Wen Field in a contest matching the Big Sky's two urban schools. The Vikings come in off of an impressive victory on the road at Eastern Washington while the Hornets are off of a disappointing home loss against Northern Arizona last week and hope to rebound here. The Hornets already have a win in the state of Oregon this year, upsetting Pac-12 Oregon State in the opening weekend and have won the last three meetings against the Vikings. The Vikings will start Connor Kavanaugh at quarterback while the Hornets should have Jeff Fleming back after being out with an injury. Weather may be a factor with a good chance of rain and temps in the mid 40's at kickoff.
