At WEBER STATE rising senior defensive end (#67) BRADY FOSMARK has gained 5 pounds of muscle since the end of the season… he is sitting out spring practice to rehab his hamstring but will be fine within a few weeks… his sophomore season in camp he sprained his ACL and missed 3 games… he did not run for the pro scouts but is estimated at a 4.75 in the 40… shows good strength and quickness… very productive player who is experienced… Fosmark was a 2004 NCAA Division I-AA consensus First Team All-American…. he will be one of the top 10 candidates in 2005 for the Buck Buchanan Trophy, given to the most outstanding defensive player in Division I-AA… he earned First Team All-Big Sky Conference and the Co-Defensive MVP honors in 2004… was the Big Sky leader in Tackles for Loss Per Game at 1.68 and 3rd in Quarterback Sacks Per Game (0.73)… has 24.5 career Quarterback Sacks, he needs just one more to become the all-time leader… he had 89 total tackles in 2004 (50 Unassisted, 39 Assisted)… has 201 career tackles and 50 career tackles for Loss for a minus 193 yards… he also has 7 career forced fumbles and 3 fumble recoveries… has a 39-yard fumble return for a touchdown and a 22-yard interception return for a touchdown in his career… he had 18.5 tackles for a minus 77 yards, and recorded 8.0 quarterback sacks for a minus 52 yards. He added three forced fumbles and had one pass interception return, a 30-yard touchdown vs. UC Davis. Fosmark is Weber State's career leader in Tackles for Loss with 51.0, and is just one quarterback sack away (24.5) from becoming WSU's career leader in that category as well… Fosmark was born in Clearfield, Utah and played at Clearfield HS… he weighs in at 6021 260lbs…

At Weber State senior offensive tackle (#76) PAUL MCQUISTAN jumped a 32-33 vertical on his junior pro day… look for him to have a big season and possibly be a riser on draft boards due to athleticism and size… is a sleeper for All-American honors who earned honorable mention All-Big Sky honors this past season… teammate Fosmark said he is the toughest guy he has faced… squats 625 and benches 430… 29 reps of 225 pounds… clean max is 363 pounds… measured in at 6056 315 pounds on his pro day and now weighs at 307 pounds… started in 7th grade and played tackle at that point and hasn’t stopped… goal is to finish blocks and not allow a sack on pass protection and get our school to win the big sky… needs to work on being patient and not lunging out… needs to work on finishing blocks…
