Norfolk State's home football game against Bethune-Cookman on Thursday night has been designated Community Night. City of Norfolk, Hampton, Portsmouth, Newport News, Isle of Wight, Chesapeake, Suffolk and Virginia Beach municipal employees can purchase a ticket for $10 with their city ID.
