NORFOLK, Va., September 26, 2011 – SC State quarter Derrick Wiley and center Tristan Bellamy were among six players earning Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Weekly football honors, the league announced Monday. Wiley, a redshirt junior of Rockingham, NC, was named Offensive Player of the Week, while Bellamy earned Offensive Lineman of the Week accolades. Wiley also earned an honorable mention for National Offensive Player of the Week by the College Football Performance Awards (CFPA).
