HARRISONBURG, Va., April 20, 2006 – The James Madison University football team will complete its spring practice period Saturday (April 22) with its annual spring game. The Dukes are scheduled to take part in an intra-squad scrimmage that will begin at noon at Bridgeforth Stadium/Zane Showker Field.

Saturday's activities will be open to the public with no admission charge.

JMU has been practicing since late March during the NCAA-allowed spring workout period of 15 sessions. The Dukes are preparing for an 11-game 2006 schedule that will include a meeting of the last two Division I-AA national champions and games against three other NCAA playoff teams from 2005.
