G. Alan Inc. previews the 11th meeting between North Carolina Central (1-1) and Elon (1-1) as the Phoenix make the 42-mile trek from Alamance County to battle the Eagles in the 2011 home opener. NCCU is looking to make it two-in-a-row after their 42-3 win last Saturday in the Cleveland Classic over Central State. Kickoff on Saturday evening is set for 6:00 p.m. but the NCCU Sports Network will be on the air beginning at 5:30 p.m. Tickets are still available by calling the NCCU Ticket office at (919) 530-5170.
