Though South Carolina State may have pulled out the win in the final moments of last week's game, there is no questioning that it was a great game, both in the conference and nationally. It was a true `heavyweight fight' as Head Coach Brian Jenkins phrased it. Despite the loss, it's no shock that one of the Wildcat defenders caught some national attention for his performance against the Bulldogs. Keeping the honor with the Wildcats now in consecutive weeks, Ryan Lewis was named National FCS Linebacker of the Week by the College Football Performance Awards for week two.
