The Viking Coaches Luncheon, featuring football coach Nigel Burton, resumes Tuesday, September 13 at the Old Spaghetti Factory. The luncheon will take place every Tuesday of a home football week (Sept. 13, Oct. 4, Oct. 18, Nov. 1, and Nov. 15) and run from noon to 1 p.m.
