The 2011 NCAA FCS football season is officially underway, and the Bethune-Cookman Wildcats showed up big on Sunday in their first appearance in the MEAC/SWAC Challenge, dominating from wire to wire in the 63-14 win over Prairie View A&M. With the start of the season, especially on the heels of such a strong statement victory, the awards start to roll in, and the Wildcats have gotten an early start this week with honors from College Football Performance Awards (CFPA).
